Wendy works internationally and has over 25 years experience in training, development and coaching. She works as a researcher, facilitator, coach and trainer, and in all these roles she engages with individuals and groups to draw out what is uniquely important to each individual, and what shared between members of a team/group. She specialises in the exploration of individualsÕ metaphors to reveal what is sub-consciously driving their behaviour.
Wendy is qualified as a Master Practitioner and trainer of NLP and is a consultant trainer in Clean Language and co-author of the Amazon category best-selling book, Clean Language: Revealing Metaphors and Opening Minds
